The final project for the term is a stop motion movie using iMovie.
This is a very large project and will take 1,000 plus images to make so plan ahead.
Projects will not be accepted after the due date.
You will have to present your movie on exam day.

The movie must be no less than 90 seconds or longer but not longer than 3 minuets.
Unless you are trying to match the timing to a song your image speed should be no less that .2 seconds. I will be looking for the smoothness of the motion in the video.
Make them Creative and Fun!

Some inspirational stop motions:
Shredding
GULP
Dot.
Big Bang Big Boom

The process to put things together will take some time even after you have taken the 1,000 plus images.
You will have to open iMovie and create a new project in the Project Library. You can do this by going to file- new project.
You will now have to upload all your images into the new project. select all your images in your image folder and drag them into the new project.
This will take some time.
Once all your images are in the new project select all the images (command A) and change the cropping for all images by clicking on the little blue gear at the bottom left of the very first image.

You will also have to adjust the timing of each image. You can do this in the gear thingy as well.

The object of this project is to make it look like things are moving. The settings above should be the standard for your project.
You can import music or sounds into your projects to add pizazz.

After you have completed making your movie I ask that you (go to share- Export using Quicktime) or ( Share- File, save as your name) Save them with your name then upload them to this drive folder.
